Primary Purpose of the Position:Provide needed capacity while WV program manager is working part-time and taking a leave of absence in order to advance specific goals of NPCA’s West Virginia program including New River regional planning and clean water.
 
Essential Functions:                                                                                     
Serve as the temporary NPCA program manager in West Virginia during program manager’s scheduled leave, with transition time prior to and following that leave, during which person will interact with regional director and other NPCA staff; represent NPCA to media, elected officials, donors, members, and other community leaders.
