Job responsibilities:
Create, plans, organizes, and controls the Divisional product lines and manages the product marketing team. The Senior PM and team will drive the initiatives from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.
Job Functions:
1. Runs the Product Approval Committee and “Revitalization” meeting for all KSI-G initiatives
2. Identify and assess photovoltaic (PV) module Market and Channel requirements
3. Establish product needs and Go-to Market strategy to meet market requirements
4. Initiates and guide creation of improved and new PV module products for all sales Amoebas
5. Supports Director of Business Development with long term business plans
6. Work with other company departments to drive marketing, selling, and technical support for existing and new PV module products
7. Manages Product Marketing team and day-to-day progress of product development initiatives
8. Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development
9. Coordinates and develops marketing, sales, engineering, and financial plans for product line
10. Provides financial and technical justification for product selection and definition
11. Acts as a liaison between KC (ISD) and KSI on new product development
12. Performing other duties as required.
