An opportunity has arisen to take up a senior role in the press office at WWF. We're looking for an experienced senior press officer to help lead media relations for major issues and campaigns. You'll need to demonstrate a genuine passion for our work and be able to devise and deliver imaginative PR campaigns that tell our story and help build our profile.
This role may suit you if you are;
• A senior PR or press officer with experience, perhaps also having worked as a journalist. Corporate, government and/or NGO backgrounds welcome. • Someone who communicates with flair, confidence and enthusiasm. • Adept at handling contentious issues, working with leadership, managing teams and working with complex groups of stakeholders. • Someone with an excellent news sense and comfortable with social media and changes to the media environment.
