Do you want to influence the future direction of green transport policy in the UK?
We are looking for a talented individual to join our low carbon future team to shape UK environment policy. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys grappling with complex policy issues as much as creating compelling narratives and persuasive proposals to influence the government's agenda.
You will lead our new project which aims to ensure the UK delivers a bold decarbonisation plan for transport so you will need a broad understanding of UK climate and environmental policy and knowledge of transport systems would be helpful but is not essential. You will also need an understanding of the political landscape and how to land policy proposals.
Ideally you will already have a strong network in the environment sector, but the ability to build relationships, with politicians, businesses, NGOs and other stakeholders, is essential.
