A Senior Outreach Officer is being recruited to join our integration team working in South and East London. Groundwork London works with communities across the capital to transform their lives and the places where they live. We have been at the forefront of social and environmental regeneration in London for over 25 years, and today we have a simple mission: to create better places, improve people’s prospects, and promote greener living and working. Groundwork delivers a series of innovative social integration programmes focused on supporting migrants and refugees to integrate into life in the UK, through a programme of holistic activities including, language support, employment advice and cultural / community activities. As Senior Outreach Officer you will work with the wider Outreach team to recruit and register refugees and migrants onto the project. You will work strategically to identify and register participants, working closely with migrant communities, organisations and service providers supporting migrant communities. After registration, you will develop a Personal Integration Plan with the participant and support them throughout their time on the project. The postholder will work within a larger Integration Team and be line managed by the Project Manager. We welcome applications from diverse communities and those with lived experience.
