Senior Originator

Well established and highly successful Carbon Fund are looking for a senior CDM Originator, focusing on generating CER’s from Asian markets, with a preference for candidates with a focus on China and SEAsia..

Only the most convincing business development experts will be considered; and this must be backed up by a solid track record in sourcing projects preferably directly with project owners as opposed to utilising consultancies.

Also you must have a very strong network of contacts in the industry, particularly with carbon sellers.   

This is a 100% business development role, which will have the project lifecycle managed by the technical team. Local languages advantageous, but what’s most important is having the connections to get deals done.  

The location can be flexible between China / SEAsia / Europe, with a preference for Asia, the priority is finding the right fit.
