This position requires experience in complex NEPA analyses, Endangered Species Act compliance, and land use /natural resources planning. DoD, FERC, and DOT consulting experience critical. Responsibilities include project design and management, proposal writing, agency coordination, supervision of fieldwork, and writing technical documents. Demonstrated project management and writing skills are essential. Supervision/ administration experience is an advantage. Candidates should have at least a Masters degree and several years of applicable experience. |
