The job will involve selling TARA Machines’ technology packages to builders, brick manufacturers, and building material contractors in the region .The person must be a highly motivated one so that he can make a large number of calls, closely follow up leads, and generate rapid sales growth and service customer requirements after making the sale. After a year, the person would be expected to lead a team. Therefore, team management skills are essential and the person should be handling a team of 3-4 people.
