Please note this is a re-advertisement. Previous applicants need not apply. ISEAL Alliance is seeking to fill the position of Senior Manager, Membership and Services. ISEAL is the global membership association for sustainability standards that includes many of the leading standards and certification schemes worldwide. The Senior Manager, Membership and Services leads a team focused on expanding ISEAL’s role as the leading global expert in credible sustainability standards. This will be achieved through regular revision of ISEAL’s Codes of Good Practice, high-quality growth in ISEAL membership and subscribers, global training and services provision, and managing the process by which members and applicants demonstrate compliance with ISEAL’s Codes. The Senior Manager will have direct responsibility for increasing and diversifying our membership and the ISEAL Community of subscribers, and for substantial international growth in our training and services programme, marketed to sustainability standards and their users. The role will take the lead in identifying, creating and delivering relevant training in close liaison with other technical staff at ISEAL. They will supervise a team of two responsible for code revision and member compliance activities, as well as an additional support role on membership and services. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will have experience in both membership development and training, with an emphasis on marketing or sales, and customer service. They will have developed and implemented services and/or training programmes that are delivered across different cultural contexts. The individual will bring experience in budget and programme management, and strong interpersonal skills. Finally, the individual is committed to sustainability and, ideally, has some background with sustainability standards. Responsibilities Membership and Community Growth

Other Relevant Information Term: This is intended as a permanent position. Salary: Commensurate with experience. Working Hours: Based on a full time equivalent of 37.5 hours per week. The ISEAL Alliance operates a Flexible Working Policy and is happy to consider applications for flexible working after the relevant qualification period has passed. Location: Based in ISEAL’s London head office. International Travel: The post holder will be required to undertake occasional international travel including overnight stays.
