URS is currently recruiting a Senior Consultant to join our successful Mergers and Acquisitions division in The Hague, Netherlands. The role will involve project management, client development and will work with major industrial and corporate clients in the Netherlands and possibly throughout wider Europe. You will:· Provide professional consulting services supporting due diligence and environmental compliance advice on M&A, transactions and other environmental projects as required.· Prepare and manage proposals for audit/M&A projects· Manage projects from inception to completion, including financial management· Conduct site audits, either independently or as a part of a team· Compile and review information, drawing on a wide range of data sources You will have 5 - 10 years of consulting experience, environmental and/or Due Diligence for transactions and/or compliance auditing, Knowledge of Dutch environmental and safety legislation and permits and have fluent English and Dutch language skills.URS Netherlands BV is part of URS Corporation; an international environmental and engineering firm with world wide 55,000 employees in 400 offices over 34 countries
