Senior Landscape Consultant

Permanent contract based at our Milton Park (Abingdon near Oxford) Office. Salary in the range of £33,088 – 36,764 p.a dependant on qualifications and/or experience.

ADAS, Winner of the ‘Best Environmental Consultancy to Work for in 2009 and 2010’, has a vacancy for a Senior Landscape Consultant on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will lead and grow our landscape business through effective delivery and management of contracts, client relationship building sales and business development activities.

You will have:

• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
• At least 5 years’ experience in landscape consultancy, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute.
• Sound knowledge and experience of landscape planning.
• Extensive experience of landscape and visual impact assessment.
• Good knowledge of UK planning and development control procedures.
• Proven track record of selling and winning landscape work.
• Experience of providing expert witness and the planning appeal procedure.
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrable track record of delivering work on time and to budget.
• Full UK driving licence.
