Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Beijing, China

My Client is the market leader in providing geotechnical and environmental consulting services to a wide range of industries globally.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Field logging and classification of soil and rock samples
• Planning and executing field investigations
• Assistance with construction quality assurance assignments, including soil density testing and construction monitoring;
• Preparation of technical reports and design drawings
• Liase with other engineering areas(hydrogeology, water resources,environmental engineering etc)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum MSc (Civil, Geotechnical or Geological Engineering)
• Must have 3-5 year of experience with a proven track record in a mining related field and a good undersatnding of soil mechanics
• Experience in consulting environment would be very beneficial
• Must be able to live and work in in China and willing to travel overseas
• Must speak fluent English and Mandarin
