Senior Environmental Consultants

As part of our growth in the environmental market in the Middle East, our operations in Saudi Arabia are recruiting to several senior positions within the following fields:

• Soil & groundwater assessment/remediation           
• Air quality monitoring/modelling
• Environmental impact assessment
• Solid waste and/or wastewater

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in developing business with key clients in the Oil & Gas and various other sectors, by marketing services to our clients and representing URS at meetings and presentations. You will provide full life-cycle project management/direction to consulting projects, including the co-ordination of proposals, finances, staff resources, subcontractors and reports, providing regular technical input and expertise. 

Successful candidates will have:

• Considerable (10-15 years minimum) consultancy experience within one or more of the following fields:
  •  
    •  
      • Soil & groundwater assessment/remediation           
      • Air quality monitoring/modelling
      • Environmental impact assessment
      • Solid waste and/or wastewater
• Experience of providing consulting services within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven project management/direction skills, with substantial experience in developing project budgets and financials, co-ordinating and managing project teams and preparing and reviewing final client reports.
• A high level of technical expertise in one or more specialist field(s) with excellent decision making and problem solving abilities.
• A proven ability to develop business, network professionally and win work, through marketing and high level communication efforts.
• A flexible approach with excellent team ethos and strong commercial acumen.
• A commitment to living and working in Saudi Arabia for at least 1-2 years.
