Senior Environmental Consultant, Helsinki

URS Nordic is one of our fastest growing divisions, it forms part of the URS Corporation Group, one of the world’s largest global consultancies operating in over 30 countries,  involved in environmental and engineering design solutions for the built environment. We are currently recruiting an experienced Consultant in the field of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation to be based in our office in Helsinki.

The position will involve project managing site investigations or remedial actions across the Nordic region, providing technical input into investigation or remedial techniques, supervising field staff and subcontractors where applicable, and producing detailed reports for clients.  

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in a consultancy, ideally within the Nordic region, who speaks both fluent English and ideally a Nordic language. Project management skills and superior communication skills are essential; together with sound knowledge of soil and groundwater contamination.
