Senior Engineer (Wind Power), China,

My client is a well respected and reputable energy and renewable energy consultancy working on the international market, they provide specialist advise to the international renewable markets in the engineering field. They are involved in a large number of renewable energy projects and are currently expanding their wind energy team internationally in the Asia–Pacific region -Pacific region.

Position Overview: nIn this role you will be working on wind energy projects across the Asia-Pacific region. You will work as a senior consultant for my client providing advisory, design and owner`s engineering services to their clients internationally.

Responsibilities:n- Over see site progress for clients on energy projects n- You will develop and maintain key relationships with clients in order to keep them up to date of the progress of the projectn- Monitor subcontractors work and review contractors saftey procedures n- Provide specialist technical advice to clients relating to the mechanical design engineering element specifically related to wind turbinesnEducation:nBSc minimum in Mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent

Core Requirements:n- 5-10 years experience working in the wind power industryn- Experience working in senior engineering role in the international marketn- Ideally would have experience working in a engineering consultancy n- Ability and willingness to travel internationally

General Requirements: n- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Englishn- Additional language skills a plusn- Ability to work independently n- Must have a flexible attitude
