Senior Energy Efficiency Manager, Beijing, China

My client is a market leader leading in both developing and managing CDM projects in order to reduce greenhouse gas emisssions. They are looking for a senior energy efficiency manager to join their team in Beijing, China.

Responsibilities:-

• Portfolio management to identify the qualified business entity, business analysis and project risk management, contract negotiation, internal and external approval process handing.
• Responsible for improving the energy efficiency of large organizations and domestic properties
• Coordinating all aspects of energy management, from energy efficiency and reduction of CO2 emissions to waste management and sustainable development
• Providing technical advice on energy efficiency
• Liaise with and provide technical support to building services design engineers on new projects regarding sustainability and energy

Requirements:-

• At least 7 years work experience with a proven track record in this field
• Must have a strong engineering background
• Proven track record in energy projects
• Must have a strong understanding of technical matters, the ability to think in economic perspective and experience of project development.
• Must have excellent  Mandarin language skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
