The Senior Director, Capture Management will be responsible for the technical and RFP teams and their ability to communicate the Opower value proposition to our utility and strategic partners. You and your team will work very closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure how we demonstrate, talk about, and write about our solutions with our clients and prospects is engaging and highlights how we solve real business problems for these clients and prospects. You and your team will then work closely with the sales and business development teams to support the selling process, including pre-sales demonstrations, technical white-boarding sessions, technical calls, and all formal (RFP) and informal written proposals. The Senior Director, Capture Management must be able to transform production technology and programs into breath-taking technical demonstrations and engaging proposal documentation. You must be a master storyteller. You will have built and run technical pre-sales and formal RFP/proposal teams that are supporting business around the world.
