An exciting opportunity has recently arisen with our client, a leading provider of contaminated land and assessment services to the UK nuclear industry. The business is being further developed and it is now in need of a suitably qualified professional to join the contaminated land team. From the outset you will be expected to make an important technical contribution to projects. You will undertake desk-based studies on a range of subjects; these will include being responsible for interpreting, assessing and reporting on contaminated land data. You will also be involved in supervising site works, where data on potential contamination is obtained. This will involve spending some time working at sites around the UK. You will hold a good first degree in geology or other related discipline, along with a number of years demonstrable experience in working on contaminated land issues and in project management. Numerate and able to use a number of software packages, you will also have experience of customer interactions and proposal preparation. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
