The position will require relocation to Doha, Qatar for a minimum period of 1 year. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing the LEED coordination process for a large and complex project with multiple building types and phases. The Senior Consultant will represent GBS to the client and consultant teams coordinate interaction with the Portland office and manage the delivery efforts. The Senior Consultant will ensure that agreed upon project deliverables are achieved within the project budget and schedule. This position is ultimately responsible for delivering high quality services on schedule and within the project budget, while reflecting the client objectives and the Mission and Values of GBS. This position is also accountable for on-going client engagement and satisfaction (to ensure repeat business). The Senior Consultants have extensive relevant and proven sustainable industry knowledge and experience (minimum 8-10 years), within the built environment, including implementation of LEED Green Building Rating Systems LEED-NC; LEED-CS, LEED-ND.
