Senior Consultant (m / w) Climate Policy Advice

Activity

The project supports the South African Department of Environ-ment Affairs (DEA) in building its capacity for analysis, policy development and consensus-building processes as a basis for effective implementation of South Africa's climate policy. In addition to the formulation of national climate change strategy includes the development of long-term adaptation scenarios and ecological-economic modeling and development of natural in-strument to reduce greenhouse gases to the objectives. Tasks

Requirements

With an academic background in the fields of politics, economics or equivalent qualification, you have extensive knowledge in the areas of mitigation of greenhouse gases, as well as adaptation to climate change.
