Climate Change and Sustainability – carbon management strategy, GHGPortfolio® methodology; advisory for carbon credits attainment, development of baseline and monitoring methodologies, opportunity studies (identifying opportunities for emission reduction projects, including CDM), GHG inventories development and verification, and carbon footprint neutralization strategy

Energy - developing and implementing R&D projects, assessing market conditions, forecasting energy spot price, modeling energy markets, and supporting energy efficiency programs

Our Brazil office is currently looking for managers for its Environmental and Climate Change and Sustainability divisions. The successful candidates would work on multiple projects concurrently and assume an active role on project teams as both a technical analyst and task/project manager. Management responsibilities will include working with and mentoring junior staff, leading projects and tasks, and interacting with federal and commercial clients. Business development responsibilities will include participating in ongoing marketing efforts, assistance in preparation of proposals, and development and implementation of efforts with existing clients to obtain follow-on work. The candidate would work with staff at the Brazil office as well as staff in ICF's Fairfax, VA, headquarters and elsewhere when appropriate.
