Passionate about working on solutions to the world’s most pressing environmental issues? Here's an opportunity for a senior communications professional to bring your expertise to an organisation at the forefront of the movement addressing environmental emergencies.
Get involved in Australia’s leading environmental campaigning organisation and lead the development and implementation of innovative communication strategies for national and international campaigns.
You will draw on over four years’ experience in journalism or public relations to create and implement new operating procedures in relation to message development, audience analysis, message testing, evaluation of campaign media strategies and media training to increase the quality and effectiveness of Greenpeace campaigning.
You will also be using your demonstrated team leadership skills and supervise, motivate and line manage communication professionals. The ability to play a leading role in cross-departmental teams and to achieve results while working on several projects at once is essential.
As well as an opportunity to make a difference on crucial issues, Greenpeace offers employees a supportive work environment and a real commitment to life/work balance. We also encourage staff to develop new skills, take on challenges and get involved in the wider organisation.
