JBA Consulting is currently seeking an experienced scientist or engineer to join our Coastal Risk Management team. The focus of this team is the marine environment and its risks (flooding, erosion) and opportunities (engineering, tidal stream and wave technologies). Our team has a strong focus on R&D and the development of innovative analysis and modelling techniques.
The successful candidate for this post will be expected to perform as a technical specialist and a project/resource manager. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing project reports of a very high standard, presenting work to clients, and mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff.
The successful candidate will be based in our Skipton office, North Yorkshire (UK).
