Senior Climate Change Manager – Miami (USA) or Medellín (Colombia)
MGM Innova is seeking a Senior Climate Change Professional with experience in Low Emissions Development (LEDS), climate change mitigation and adaptation projects, energy efficiency and sustainability management to support the Company’s project delivery team throughout Latin America. The successful candidate will have strong technical and management skills, and will be responsible for managing and developing emission reduction projects, low emission development strategies, emission baseline studies, MAC curves, GHG inventories, NAMAs, carbon neutrality strategies, carbon lifecycle analysis, energy efficiency projects, sustainability planning and water footprinting, among others. He/she will be expected provide leadership to intermediate and junior level technical staff and to have an established network of clients and technical resources and ability to generate business opportunities. Advanced graduate degree in environmental sciences or engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or related industry, excellent writing skills and fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus) are mandatory.
