They are focused on expanding their efforts in the Chinese market and developing new relationships and investments. They looking to recruit a senior-level business development manager who will help them further establish their presence in the Chinese market, whilst helping them understand this market. My client is looking to recruit a senior business developer with a strong commercial background and with excellent skills opening new markets.
Responsibilities
- · This role will require meeting with new clients and investors in order to break into new markets and grow the company as a whole along with representing the client at trade shows
- · Develop and implement strategies necessary to build, develop, finance, and operate Wind power projects.
- · Utilising the information gathered in order to present to clients and investors in the Chinese market
- · Building leads and developing new contacts in the renewable energy market in china
- · Ability to lead negotiation whist ensuring the budget and company requests remain intact.
- · Locate new business opportunities, contacting small and medium size customers
- · Support the final customer during the life of the project
- · Negotiating terms and closing deals on wind farm projects
- · Work to understand the needs of the clients and develope proposals to suit these needs
Education:-
- · Must have strong educational background
Core Requirements:-
- · Fluent in Mandarin to a written and spoken level.
- · A strong ability to work to the highest level and standards to ensure the integrity of the company
- · A confidence in decision making and problem solving in high pressure situations.
- · At least 3-5 sales experience, with a proven track record in the Wind energy sector
- · An understanding of the regulation and requirements of the Chinese Wind industry
