Position Overview
The Cadmus Group seeks an experienced consultant to manage LEED EB: O&M certification projects. This professional will work as part of our High Performance Building team, which helps building owners achieve improved operating performance across their portfolios. The successful candidate will possess strong technical capabilities related to building operations and maintenance and demonstrated experience managing LEED EB: O&M projects. Team management and client relationship management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
• Manage LEED certification projects • Project management • Manage client relationships • Conduct LEED EB gap assessment • Facilitate client and team meetings • Conduct training sessions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in building and sustainability related fields (engineering, architecture, etc.) • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Experience managing LEED certification projects, with at least 20 successfully completed projects • At least one LEED EB: O&M Volume certification project • Experience with project management and client management • LEED AP O+M certification • Certified Energy Manager
Preferred
• Master’s degree in related field • Experience with multiple LEED rating systems • Software management experience • Experience with energy audits and energy analysis
