Senior Advisor: Agriculture and Climate Change

JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Advisor, Agriculture and Climate Change will drive agricultural adaptation as a corporate priority.

 

The focus will be on providing direct support to country programmes; developing an ambitious, multi-country and multi-affiliate programme; and working with Oxfam's Economic Justice campaign group to link policy development at national level to global campaign delivery and to shape the global campaign priorities using the information and priorities of country programmes. The postholder will be part of a group that hold an overview of the direction and delivery of Oxfam GB's agricultural programme portfolio and represent the organisation at key fora and build alliances with a diverse set of organisations.
