This post requires a motivated and skilled person to ensure the effective day-to-day management of the reserve. Key skills are;
* The ability to undertake detailed ecological survey work
* A knowledge of practical countryside management and access improvement works
* A thorough knowledge of local natural history
* Sound communication and report writing skills
This post holder will be required to work with the Reserve Committee and other reserve stakeholders, and demands physical fitness and the ability to work out-of-doors.
