We have an exciting opportunity for 7 Seasonal Rangers to join our Visitor Services Team; 3 posts will be based in Deeside, 4 posts in Badenoch & Strathspey.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of the local area (Badenoch & Strathspey, or Deeside) and will have experience and an understanding of the complexities of access and land management issues in the Cairngorms National Park. You will support delivery of the National Park Partnership Plan, working with partners, post Covid-19 lockdown, to encourage people to have a safe, enjoyable and responsible visit to Cairngorms National Park. Your key role will be working with visitors & residents providing on hand communication and advice; talking with people in clear, positive, engaging, persuasive and easily understood ways to encourage responsible outdoor access. You will also work in partnership with public and private partners that manage the area and local communities and interest groups such as mountain bikers and climbers.
