Seasonal Herb Field Worker

Organic Herb Trading is looking for two seasonal team members to work in our two-acre herb field in Milverton, Somerset.

Over 60 different varieties of our herbs are home grown in our herb field, and everything is done by hand from composting and bed forming to propagation and harvesting and of course plenty of weeding!

The role will support our Herb Field Manager, Sarah Weston, who is passionate about organic growing and is keen to share her extensive knowledge and expertise.

Successful candidates will need to have previous growing experience, good plant knowledge, be physically fit and strong, enjoy working as a team, good time keeping and a passion for organic growing and herbs as well as a positive can-do attitude as we work whatever the weather!
