Our Ecology business comprises a highly skilled team focused on providing services to a range of clients, particularly developers, utility companies, and the renewable energy and rural industries. As a result of our success in this area we require Ecology Consultants for the busy spring and summer period with the energy and drive to deliver high quality work, and excellent customer service. These are jobs full of variety and interaction and are potentially extendable to permanent for the right candidates.

The Role

The successful candidates will be part of our teams working from our busy Milton Park,BristolandLeedsoffices. You will apply your ecological expertise to our existing portfolio of work as well as becoming involved in new commissions as they arise, in all parts of theUK.

Candidates will

 

  • Carry out Phase 1 habitat surveys and protected species surveys including field work and report writing. It will be necessary to work flexibly with regard to type of work, timing (some night time/weekend working may be required) and location
  • Liaise and attend meetings with clients and statutory bodies to gain agreement
  • For theMiltonandBristolposts there is a requirement to work on railway tracksides 
  • Input into ecological sections of Environmental Impact Assessments
  • Have a full UKdriving licence
