We are seeking an experienced leader with a conservation background to lead on the development of a network of volunteer Sea Champions for MCS. To establish and support this network of volunteers, we are seeking an outstanding individual to:

• Establish and manage a staff team of regionally based Sea Champions Officers who will support volunteers and co-ordinate activities at a local level.
• Develop the material resources and communications to Sea Champions to support local activities.
• Co-ordinate activities with MCS National and Conservation Programme Managers.
• Secure future funding for the programme
