Ocean Associates, Inc. (OAI) is seeking a Scientist 1 to provide scientific support on contract to the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service/ West Coast Region Office in Arcata, California. OAI provides personnel support services to government and industry clients for marine fisheries and protected species. The incumbent will carry out activities associated with the review of various projects submitted to NMFS by other federal agencies pursuant to section 7 of the Endangered Species Act. This will be full-time position during a period of performance beginning September 1, 2015 and ending August 31, 2017 including a Base Year and one Option year with 1,970 regular work hours each.
