Job Title: Schools Resource Copywriter
Responsible to: Senior Schools Programme Manager
Salary £26,000 (pro rata)
Duration: 12 weeks (May to July 2010)
Closing Date: 8th April 2010
1. Overall Objective
The post-holder will support the delivery of Global Action Plan's Schools projects. He / she will specifically be responsible for producing resource copy for a new web based secondary school initiative.
2. Specific Duties
* Creating and writing lesson plans
* Creating and writing supporting activity plans
* Writing copy for schools related content for web pages
* Reviewing and updating other school resource copy from similar programmes
* To carry out any further relevant duties identified by the Senior Schools Programme Manager
3. Secondary Duties
* Help deliver Global Action Plans school education programmes
* Collect and disseminate information on sustainability issues in schools
* Assist in the on-going development of Global Action Plans programmes by providing feedback to Global Action Plan
