Scapa Flow Landscape Partnership Scheme Scapa Flow Landscape Partnership Ranger
£17,093 - £18,024 (Including Distant Islands Allowance)
35 hours per week
Temporary for 3 Years 
The Ranger’s key responsibility will be to raise awareness of the natural, cultural, historical and landscape heritage for the benefit of local communities and visitors. The main role will be to provide rangering services to the marine, coastal and terrestrial areas of Scapa Flow.

Experience of working as a Ranger, or in a similar role, is essential. This should include developing and implementing a programme of walks, talks, events and information for the public. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of, and interest in, natural and cultural heritage. Particular knowledge of the marine environment would be desirable.
