As a Sales Trainer at SunEdison, you will drive the development of sales training programs designed to increase the adoption of solar energy. We have an exciting and aggressive product roadmap that will enhance the impact of our solar services, and improve the installer and customer experience. Our team takes the lead in driving this agenda from ideation to launch – we are looking for someone who combines passion and experience in selling solar with a strong ability and desire to work closely with sales professionals and contractors who are new to the solar industry. This is an ideal job for an experienced solar sales professional who wants to be part of a start-up team with the support of a larger company, feel ownership over their work, and work hard at achieving a dramatic success in a dynamic market. The Sales Trainer is in charge of driving program requirements and resources to achieve market success in line with the business unit’s growth and profitability objectives.
