Sales Manager, Taiwan, 700k TWD – 800k TWD + bonus

My client is a global solar cell manufacturer based in Taiwan. My client continues to develop towards becoming a world-class solar cell provider and providing cost-effective PV solutions to worldwide customers. Now they are looking for an Arabic speaking sales manager. You will initially become accustomed to the company at their headquarters in Taiwan and then will be focussed on sales within the Middle East.

Position Overview:
My client is looking for a sales manager with experience in the Middle East market. You will be responsible for building and developing the existing customer base along with developing a strong sales force in time. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sales person to make the move into a more global organisation where you will gain more exposure to the international environment

Responsibilities:
• Take the lead in revenue generation.
• Define sales and marketing strategies according to the Middle East climate and market and in line with company guidelines.
• Establish and grow key relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide aftersales support to customers, resolve complaints and resolve sensitive situations
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that the business plan is moving in line with the market
• Increase brand awareness
• Liaise with the technical department so as to be able to provide the best quality of advice and support to customers
• Source new clients to generate new streams of revenue

Education:
• BSc in Business Management or equivalent field of study

Core Requirements:
• Must have 3-5 years sales experience in solar industry
• Must have strong negotiation skills
• Be able to develop rapports and build relationships as you will be acting as a brand ambassador
• Will be a target driven individual
• Must be innovative and a problem-solver
• Fluent in Arabic and English

General Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to travel frequently
