Description

My client is a leading vertically integrated Chinese producer of high quality crystalline ingots, wafers, cells, and mono- and multi- crystalline PV panels, with distribution channels spanning across North America, Europe and Asia. As part of their expansion across the US they are they are looking for an driven sales manager.

Position Overview:
Reporting to Global Head of Strategy, this position will ensure business growth in accordance with the organizational strategy through carrying out solar products sales activities

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Capturing market opportunities and meeting customer expectations
  • ·         Grow company market share
  • ·         Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPI’s
  • ·         Provide insights into market trends to support Business Development team
  • ·         Support Marketing activities and market communications
  • ·         Build and demonstrate understanding of the market and industry
  • ·         Frequent traveling to visit existing and potential customers
  • ·         Suggest and implement action plans for reaching the Quartly and Annual targets of the company       

Education:-

  • ·         Strong educational background, undergraduate degree in business related field

Core Requirements:-

  • ·         Two to three successful experience in sales and commercial activities
  • ·         Experience in PV Solar
  • ·         Successful execution of sales targets
  • ·         Experience in management to becoming a leader in the future
  • ·         Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented and team player
  • ·         High level of customer orientation and empathy
  • ·         Strong negotiation skills
  • ·         Strong sales and persuasion abilities

  • ·         Willingness to travel
  • ·         Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
  • ·         Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and detecting realistic solutions
  • ·         Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • ·         Ability to manage multiple projects

Key Skills:

Solar PV, strong business related background, complex stakeholder and customer management experience and the ability  to create an grow a new business or function.
