Description

As a leading Chinese manufacturer of solar modules, cells and wafers, my client is a dynamic, global and well established company with a global reach and reputation. They are looking to strengthen their team in Madrid, Spain with a new Sales Manager.

 

Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager for my client you will be required to sell my clients products throughout the Spanish and European markets. Reporting to the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), you will build new client relationships and maintain existing key accounts whilst being expected to achieve targets and set goals within the region

 

Responsibilities:-

  • ·         Growing company market share
  • ·         Increasing revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • ·         Capturing new market opportunities whilst meeting customer expectations
  • ·         Building and demonstrating an understanding of the regional market and industry
  • ·         Provide insight into market trends to help support the Business Development team
  • ·         Supporting marketing activities and market communications

 

Education:-

  • ·         A business related Bachelor’s degree or higher

Core Requirements:-

  • ·         2-3 years of experience selling into the solar industry
  • ·         Fluent in Spanish
  • ·         Experience in management with a view to becoming a team leader in the future
  • ·         A successful track record of hitting sales targets
  • ·         Excellent organizational skills
  • ·         Strong initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ·         A high level of customer awareness
  • ·         Strong negotiation skills
  • ·         Ability to travel frequently to visit existing and potential customers
