Description

My client develops, manufactures and markets high-quality photovoltaic products and provides core components in the value chain for the photovoltaic generation of energy.

 

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Deputy Sales Director, the Key Account Manager will work as a main contact for an assigned Key Clients to drive the deployment, adoption, and retention of their business. The Key Account Manager will work closely with the accounts to thoroughly understand each customer’s utilization of the purchased service, business infrastructure and business model to ensure account growth, retention and an ongoing relationship with my client

 

Responsibilities:-

  • New customer development, contract signing and achieve sales target set by HQ
  • Develop customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ongoing management and retention
  • Communicate with different functioning departments in HQ to coordinate relationships between customers and company
  • Weekly report on current performance and forward forecast, analyze current situations and develop solution to break through
  • Local market information collection, and periodically report to higher managers

 

Qualified to:

-       Take decisions and execute activities within the framework of the agreed Marketing & Sales plan.

 

Education:

  • Must have strong educational background (Batchelors)
  • Technical Knowledge & Understanding

 

Core Requirements: Description of tasks

  • Maintaining long term relationships with key customers.
  • Define and build sales channels in France.
  • Define, implement and standardize sales and internal support processes to enable high volumes of sales and high order frequencies.
  • Acquisition of new customers and closing contracts;
  • Initiate and extend strategic partnerships and networks to support sales.

 

Communicates with:

 

  • Head of Sales, Europe to discuss operational sales results and issues and to review sales plan and implementation progress;
  • Communication in French is required.
  • Other European language(s) is bonus.
