We are working with a very successful German client that has is developing energy from biogas within its plant engineering and construction enterprises. With plans to develop its successful business model in the UK it is now looking for a high calibre business developer to drive its growth. In addition to supporting the sales teams, you will have independent responsibility for establishing local contact to UK clients and sales partners. You will independently carry out the economic and basic technical consulting as well as the
subsequent sales negotiations with investors and agricultural producers. You will work closely with the project managers and the approvals branch. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade fairs or similar events and work along with project development. Your position will be appropriately involved with the European-wide expansion.
To apply you must:
- Have completed a degree in agricultural science, preferably with specialization in agricultural economics or comparable educational preparation.
- Have a proven sales or business development background selling in to the agricultural sector
- Be able to speak fluent business English and ideally German, have an outgoing and confident manner
and enjoy travel.
- Ideally have suitable  professional experience following graduation that has given you the necessary foundation for a career in an enterprise oriented towards the future.
