My clients is a technological market leader in the micro inverter space who is currently looking to brake the US market with their high quality and highly competitive micro inverter. They have a strong product and sales pipeline across North America and are looking to ensure that this is utilised to the fullest and in the most beneficial manner to the company. They have a world recognised product that enables a cost Vs benefit ratio making them ready for action in the US market.
Position Overview: My client is looking for a technically minded sales director to sell their inverter to the supplier of the end product. The position will require developing strong B2B relationships in order to expand the growth of the company. You will be responsible for team development and training along with monitoring your sales managers activities in the region.
Responsibilities
Education A relevant degree in either engineering or business with an MBA a bonus. Core Requirements

Key Skills:- Solar PV sales experience, inverter experience, team leading, training and strong negotiation skills required, business development and team management
