GreenOrder is seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the
existing Sales and Marketing team with: CRM administration and analysis, ongoing relationship
management, tracking of campaigns and events, management of sales collateral, and the
implementation of firm guidelines,  tools,  and  processes  related to sales and marketing
The ideal candidate will be Salesforce-certified; have an undergraduate education in business,
sales, or marketing;  and  have 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing operations for a
consulting firm (or similar professional services firm). In addition, the candidate should have an
interest in green business/environmental sustainability as well as our mission to help clients
operate according to their business principles while maximizing revenue and profits through
principled performance.
This position will require a strong understanding of the organization’s thought leadership,
solutions approach, work product, and overarching growth strategy. To help drive best practices
in CRM planning and management, the candidate will need to work in a constellation with the
firm’s senior leaders, consulting staff, and administrative team. The successful candidate must
be passionate about driving the adoption and value of the firm’s CRM system as an asset for
relationship management, marketing campaigns, account planning, and performance
