To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing intern to strengthen our team in the European Headquarter in Schaffhausen.
Key responsibilities
- Travel organization and expense management for the Swiss Sales & Marketing team
- Diary management, meeting coordination
- General secretarial and administrative support for Partner Program Manager and Assistant to VP Sales & Marketing Europe
- Invoice processing of the Marketing Team and of the Partner Program (this includes as well the management of the Partner budget within the Webstore)
- Coordination of Product and Training Sessions booked by our Partners within the Partner Program
- Set up and maintain reports of the usage of the Partner Program
- Other ad hoc projects or duties as required
Requirements
- Student in Business Administration or apprentice with 1-2 years office administration experience
- Fluent German and English
- Well organised, self sufficient with a motivated and responsible attitude to work
- Strong communication skills and enjoys being part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus attitude
