In addition, you will play a vital role in the overall delivery of our range of Youth Team projects, contributing to our ongoing impact and success, particularly in the borough of Southwark.

This is a new role within the team so the candidate must be a self-starter who excels at identifying and managing risk with a high level of resilience to lead on the Youth Teams safeguarding functions. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage safeguarding cases and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
