The Reward Operations Coordinator reports to the Rewards Operations Analyst and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Recyclebank Rewards Program. This includes managing the process of bringing on board all new reward partners,including reward design using design software, updating existing rewards, and ensuring the integrity of the overall program. The Reward Operations Coordinator must interface with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure that reward designs align flawlessly with partner expectations. The Reward Operations Coordinator also works closely with external vendors that deliver reward fulfillment solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Vet all incoming reward partners against a set of pre-determined guidelines to ensure alignment with Recyclebank’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the process of entering all reward partner collateral into Recyclebank’s system.
  • Design and edit PDF files for all new or updated Recyclebank rewards.
  • Working with business users to gather reporting requirements and documenting the functional report design.
  • Work with proficiency within the Coupons, Inc. Portal to implement print-at-home fulfillment.
  • Provides coverage for “Daily Deals” and other key promotional offers, including providing timely weekend support as required.
  • Provides overlapping/backup coverage for modifying Rewards Pricing, manipulating Rewards placement, and setting Rewards inventory and order limits.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure alignment of reward collateral with broader partner goals.
  • Manage working relationships with external reward fulfillment partners, Budco & Coupons, Inc.
  • Provide tier-3 customer care support for rewards-related issues.
  • Additional Rewards Operations support as trained and assigned, including Rewards Data extracts, quality verification, and Partner Reporting Support.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain focused and prioritize while simultaneously managing competing tasks.
  • Works independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Attentive and considerate of the ideas, needs, and preferences of colleagues, partners and agencies.
  • Committed to making a measurable, positive difference in interactions with colleagues, partners and the community.
  • Approachable, easy to engage.
  • Keeps promises an insures intentions and promises are reflected in all actions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of professional experience.
  • Experienced and comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly-changing work environment
