Rewards Operations Analyst

The Analyst, Rewards Operations is responsible for assisting the Rewards Manager in executing the day-to-day operations related to running The RecycleBank Rewards Program. This includes, but is not limited to, implementation and management of reward offers for national, regional, and local partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Evaluate, measure and adjudicate, based on set strategic guidelines, the acceptability of certain national, regional, and local Reward Partners and their respective reward offers
• Manage the implementation and pricing of all reward offers, based on set strategic guidelines, within RecycleBank's back-end system
• Assess reward offers for existing Reward Partners on a monthly basis to ensure the integrity of the Rewards Program
• Support the Rewards Sales Team & the Account Management Teams in optimizing reward offers to align with Rewards Partner's and member's interests
• Work with the Rewards team to help implement strategic initiatives that enhance the Rewards Program

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of work experience
