Role Summary/Purpose: GE Renewables has recently launched REstore, an exciting, new, global on-line parts store to be used by customers to purchase parts from GE Wind directly. The REstore Graphics Leader will work with the REstore Leadership Team to develop graphical displays which will be accessed through the new on-line store. The graphical tool will be the primary part identification tool.
Essential Responsibilities - Be responsible to develop practical and innovative ways to continuously ensure the develop practical and innovative ways to continuously ensure the data accessed in the graphical tool is displaying accurate, real time data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the tool’s functionality is maximizing global sales revenue for the parts business
- Act as main customer point of contact for REstore’s graphical tool including training, demos, and issue resolution
- Optimize graphical drilldown structure and content for current turbine configurations
- Generate additional drilldowns for NPI. (2.X, Solar, Offshore)
- Assemble strategy to obtain and upload pictures of all critical turbine parts
Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Renewables experience
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
Desired Characteristics - At least 6 months of field service work in the Wind business
