Response to Climate Change Lead JobLocation: McLean, VA, US Response to Climate Change Lead-01190345
Description Key Role: Work directly with US Army client program leads to manage on-going delivery and ensure the success of key program efforts, including statistical analysis, systems development, and strategic communications. Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that risks are properly handled. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, and key measures for assigned deliverables and communications of designated projects. Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Conduct client status meeting and complete program status reports. Manage the performance of personnel within the program, including business analysts, data scientists, system engineers, and graphics designers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications -3+ years of experience with program or project management in a client service role -3+ years of experience with leading others to execute tasks -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications -Experience with climate change or environmental science -Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -PMP or Agile ScrumMaster Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
