We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Resources team for three months and to assist the team with the general running of our London office. We offer experience and training in office and HR administration as well as the opportunity to be at the centre of one of the UK's leading sustainable development organisations.
Duties include:
Providing support to the IT and office management team:
- responsibility for post, reception and support for meetings
- entering and updating information on the Salesforce database and the Forum intranet and website
- helping to manage office equipment and supplies
Providing administrative support to the HR Officer:
- assisting with recruitment
- preparing papers, filing, and records maintenance
Person specification:
- basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- enthusiastic about being part of a busy office
- proactive and able to take the initiative when necessary
- efficient and able to multi-task
- an interest in Sustainable Development is desirable
Forum for the Future is able to cover daily transport costs to the office (within Zone 6) and lunch up to £5 per day.
